Guess what? Many people are hooked up to this madness. Even worse than drug addiction. US is a great place to live in but the only issue is that most people and most financial institutions don’t depend on the cash on hand but on the “Credit History” that they have. What the… !!!! As I said to my American friends, credit in the States is very much opposite what we have in the Philippines. In the states, the more credit and credit cards you have, the more financial institutions and even stores will be gladly happy to loan you anything. But, in the Philippines, if they know you have lots of credit, the minute you walk on a lending office, you will immediately be turned down.

Yesterday, I was in the Post Office to send a mail. I was behind a lady who was sending a package. Guess what??? Her bill is only $4.95 and she was using a Credit Card to pay. What’s even funnier??? She was scrambling through her pile of credit cards. I think it won’t be less than 20 cards bundled with a rubber band. Hehehehehehe. Whoa!

Now, who is curious why the US went to recession? If still you where not able to grasp why, then you will never be.
